Willy Harmon Vice President, Sales, International

Willy Harmon was promoted to Vice President, Sales International, in September 2003. In this role, Mr. Harmon is responsible for directing all international sales activities for BBA Aviation Engine Repair and Overhaul (ERO) product lines, for extending the worldwide presence of ERO, and aligning the international sales organizations of the companies acquired by BBA Aviation for the ERO group.

Mr. Harmon has served in a variety of managerial positions of increasing responsibility in his 30 years with ERO and its predecessor companies. After graduating from college, he joined Aviation Power Supply Inc. in 1976 where he was responsible for engine and module costing. In 1978, Mr. Harmon was promoted to manager of billing and cost accounting, and subsequently promoted to manager of large engine product support in 1981.

In 1985, Mr. Harmon was promoted to Asia regional manager and opened the first office in Singapore for Dallas Airmotive. In 1988, he became regional manager, Africa and the Middle East. Mr. Harmon had sales, marketing and operations responsibility for these regions, and was subsequently promoted to Manager of International Sales and Service for all Pratt & Whitney Canada products. He was appointed Director of International Sales in 1995.

Mr. Harmon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Auburn University in 1976.
